Marian L. Hogan

Attorney Marian Hogan earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1992.  Before her legal career, Ms. Hogan also earned a graduate degree in anatomic pathology from the University of Maryland. Because of her medical background, Ms. Hogan focuses on cases involving extremely complex medical and surgical issues. She has handled hundreds of expert physician witness depositions and has participated as trial counsel in numerous cases in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  She has written for the Journal of the National Cancer Institute. Jon S. Stefanuca

Attorney Jon Stefanuca graduated magna cum laude from Towson University. As an undergraduate student, Mr. Stefanuca was the first recipient of the Towson International Debate Scholarship.  He obtained his law degree from the University of  Maryland School of Law.  After completing law school, he was honored to serve as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable W. Theresa Neumann

Ms. Neumann is a certified physician assistant.  Her knowledge and vast experience in the field of medicine helps to shed light on the health care professionals' actions in every birth injury and medical malpractice case.  Nash & Associates is not the only group who has used Ms. Neumann's expertise.  We are joined in this aspect by the World Health Organization and the United States Centers for Disease Control.

Jason Penn

Mr. Penn is an associate with the firm. His practice is concentrated on complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases. In 2006, Mr. Penn graduated with honors from University of Baltimore School of Law. While in law school, he served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Environmental Law. Mr. Penn began his legal career working as a student attorney in the University of Baltimore School of Law's Family Law Clinic, where he represented indigent individuals unable to afford legal services. As a student attorney, Mr. Penn handled matters ranging from domestic violence to adoption.
