Marian L. Hogan
Attorney Marian Hogan earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1992. Before her legal career, Ms. Hogan also earned a graduate degree in anatomic pathology from the University of Maryland. Jon S. Stefanuca
Attorney Jon Stefanuca graduated magna cum laude from Towson University. As an undergraduate student, Mr. Stefanuca was the first recipient of the Towson International Debate Scholarship. He obtained his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. After completing law school, he was honored to serve as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable W. Theresa Neumann
Ms. Neumann is a certified physician assistant. Jason Penn
Mr. Penn is an associate with the firm. His practice is concentrated on complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases. In 2006, Mr. Penn graduated with honors from University of Baltimore School of Law. While in law school, he served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Environmental Law. Mr. Penn began his legal career working as a student attorney in the University of Baltimore School of Law's Family Law Clinic, where he represented indigent individuals unable to afford legal services. As a student attorney, Mr. Penn handled matters ranging from domestic violence to adoption.
